Eric Guichard – General Manager

Eric Guichard has 20 years of experience in general management, retail and corporate strategy.

After completing his research for the French Atomic Energy Commission, Eric joined Effix, now a Reuters company, as a software developer. He then shifted from technology to general management for international retail giants Casino and Carrefour, where he led profit centres with over 250 employees and €100m annual sales.

Eric moved to China in 2000 to lead the Business Development team of Intrinsic Technology, the Shanghai-based telecom software company that spun off Linktone (NASDAQ:LTON). He then consulted to several foreign invested companies in the fields of telecom, IT and textile.

Eric is an engineering graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris (Paris, France) and holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France).

Paul Tribolet – Partner

Paul Tribolet is a senior consultant with more than 30 years experience in general management including 10 years in China (Paul was successively VP International Division for Telemecanique, Vice-Chairman for Schneider China and MD for Moeller China).

Among his accomplishments: He implemented very successful distributors policy and networks for electrical distribution and industrial automation in Greater China.
He organized Acquisitions of very well known Chinese companies by foreign Companies and participated in the reorganization and integration.
He founded local companies for foreign investors.

Paul holds an MS degree in Engineering from Unieco (Rouen, France) and a Business Adminstration Degree from Insead (Fontainebleau, France)

Thomas Herbaut – Operations Director

Thomas Herbaut has experience in project management and ourcing with the leading European purchasing agency.

After managing different projects in New York and Paris for the world leading cement manufacturer, he joined a sourcing consulting agency where he worked on various missions to help his clients finding the best suppliers in China. He acquired and developed a proven methodology in sourcing.

Then, he moved to Cambodia for two years as the business development manager for a reputed craftsmanship company.

Thomas holds a Master degree in business and a specialised master in strategy and operations management focused on purchasing and quality functions from ESCP-EAP (Paris, France).
